揉饅頭最重要一定要有神隊友,
一開始我很認真地用雙手揉麵糰,
很快地我就陣亡了!
而且也沒有所謂的美肌(光滑)饅頭,
想到幾年前的麵包機(105T),
當時她跟現在氣炸鍋一樣,
幾乎是必備家電之一,
用105T的烏龍麵糰模式,
打小份量的面糰剛剛好…

麵團比例如下:

(約可做3個50克左右的造型饅頭)

中筋麵粉100g(昭和產業白蓮中筋麵粉 )
牛奶53g
酵母1g
糖10g
油1~2g
